Delivery

We offer two delivery options at checkout, so you can choose what suits you best.

Premium Delivery – £6.95
  • Delivery time: Generally next working day
  • Ideal if you want to crack on with the job sooner rather than later

Premium delivery isn’t available to some remote areas. If that’s the case, we’ll show you the best available option at checkout.

Standard Delivery – £3.95
  • Delivery time: 2–3 working days
  • FREE on orders over £50

A solid, reliable option for most orders.

Remote & Hard‑to‑Reach Areas

Some locations need a little extra time, and Premium Delivery isn’t available. Here’s what to expect.

Changed your mind? It happens. Here’s how returns work on Ronseal.com — clearly, simply, and without any fuss.

Your Right to Return

You can return most products within 30 days of delivery, even if there’s nothing wrong with them.

The 30‑day period starts the day after your order is delivered. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, it starts after the last item arrives.

When Returns Aren’t Possible
  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Products that have been mixed inseparably with other materials after delivery (for example, paint already poured into another container)

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, our Customer Services team can advise before you send anything back.

How to Return an Item
  1. Let us know
    Contact our Customer Services team within 30 days of delivery and have your order number handy.
  2. Send it back
    Returns are made at your own cost. We’ll explain how to return your item and provide details if a returns label is available.

Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. If an item can’t be posted, we’ll advise on the next steps.

Condition of Returned Items

To receive a full refund, products should be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition, with all accessories included

If an item has been used or damaged, we may reduce your refund — or in some cases, no refund may be due.

Refunds

We’ll refund:

  • The price you paid for the product
  • The cost of standard delivery (if you paid for delivery)

If you chose Premium Delivery, we’ll refund the product and standard delivery cost only.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof that you’ve sent it back) and will be made to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something’s not right — damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible and we’ll put it right.
